Jessica Simpson Seeks Diet Help

It was just a couple of weeks ago when Jessica Simpson told the press she was proud of her new curvaceous look. But it seems that the media has gotten the best of her and she has re-hired her former trainer, Mike Alexander. Some of you may recall that Mike Alexander was the one who got Jessica in tip-top shape for her role as Daisy in The Dukes of Hazard.
Last time, he had her working out four to six days a week and doing a lot of cardio and strength training. We will have to wait and see what his plans are this time around. Once source claims that Jessica hopes that Mike can help her stick to a 1,250 calorie a day diet. This insider told Star Magazine,
“She literally needs to be watched 24/7. Jessica has a problem with binge eating, which is usually triggered by stress…” The insider tattletale adds, “Jessica’s most recent violation was indulging in the terrible trio of chicken wings, nachos, and booze at the Great Dane Pub in Madison Wisconsin.”
Regardless of what she eats today or tomorrow for that matter, let’s hope that Jessica wants to lose weight for the right reason and not to silence the media.

She will definitely get back into shape if she sticks to the program.

She should call in a nutrition expert before she hires Mike. She needs to find out why she is craving for so much chicken. Maybe, she is short on a nutrient. Maybe, she’s on some medication that is causing her to gain weight, ie. Prednisone.
