Jessica Simpson’s 20 Lb Wedding Weight Loss

In preparation for her upcoming wedding to former NFL player Eric Johnson, Jessica Simpson is hitting the gym and has hired well-known celebrity trainer, Tracy Anderson. Jess who was first known as a singer and the former wife of 98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey has a business empire ranging from clothes, perfumes, shoes and everything else.

She has been through a lot of emotional ups and downs and various relationships with other men ever since her divorce to Nick which have contributed to her weight fluctuations. But now, she is very determined to lose weight and look good in her wedding dress!

Jess hits the gym up to six days a week for 75-minute sessions doing everything from dance aerobics to strength training. She is also on a 1,600-calorie diet. Her hard work paid off since she lost 20 pounds in just less than two months!

Being a celebrity, she is always in the limelight.

“I feel like people are constantly curious as to how much I weigh or what I look like or what I wear. There’s no way you’re not going to be affected by the ugly things people say about you. It definitely brings up a lot of your own insecurities.”

And right now, Jessica Simpson works out to lose weight, be healthy and to feel good about herself.
