Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD – Obey Me
Start the New Year with a new routine Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred. Known as America’s toughest TV trainer, the Biggest Loser trainer released this 60-minute fitness DVD, and it’s receiving rave reviews because of its intensity. Well, if it claims you can lose 20 pounds in 30 days it has to be intense.
The workout is broken up into 3 levels, each level consisting of 20 minutes of circuit training, which is a mixture of strength-training, cardio and abdominal work. Each 20-minute level works on Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval system: 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio and 1 minute abs.
You have to start at Level 1 as Level 2 gets much harder and Level 3 is even tougher. And when Jillian says you’ve got to start at the beginning, trust us, you’ve got to start at the beginning!

This workout is legit. I started doing it for my wife thinking that it was for girls and that I would just do it with her for “moral support” but it kind of kicked my butt. I swim about a mile a day or run about 4, and this workout was equally as challenging for me.

I just think this woman is FIERCE! I have this Video and have been kicking myself to start, and Resolution 2010 – LOSE THE MAYBE NEXT WEEK ATTITUDE and START TO KICK MY OWN BUT.

this vid is amazing. and hard!!! it only took a few days before i saw RESULTS!! can be hard on the knees … but if thats not an issue be ready to sweat and see your dream bod!
