Julia Louis-Dreyfus Changes up Her Exercise Routine

Star of New Adventures of Old Christine, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, graces the cover of the March issue of Redbook. The 49-year-old and mother of two looks absolutely amazing and most of us would think she’s not a day over 30. In past interviews she revealed that she strives to eat healthy and be fit instead of resorting to invasive techniques. She always eats a salad every day and she tries to find healthy foods that she likes to eat to keep her cravings in check.

In Redbook she tells us about her exercise routine. She starts off by saying that she always feels great after doing some Pilates. She said,

“I run, hike, do Pilates. I try to change it up.”

But one little sad secret she shared is that when she was asked when she feels most beautiful she replied,

“When I’m super skinny.”

She was most likely joking when she said it, but since celebrities words are easily twisted it wasn’t a good idea to make such a joke in our current weight-obsessed culture.
