Julie Henderson: One a Day Workout

Sports Illustrated model Julie Henderson gets Kirsched. As in David Kirsch, celebrity trainer and health and fitness guru.
Kirsch, who has worked with Heidi Klum and Naomi Campbell, shot a few workout videos with the 23-year-old swimwear model for supermodel website, Modelinia.com. Essentially, the One a Day workouts are short video clips of Kirsch and Henderson demonstrating very simple routines that each focus on various parts of your body. But knowing Kirsch, the exercises zone in on problem areas with pinpoint accuracy, giving you a super duper workout.

In the Legs, Butt and Abs workout video, Kirsch takes Henderson through reverse lunges with a torso turn and stability ball handoffs. Cute little Kirsch-doll pop-up tips also feature in the video.
“Trust me when I say this, my legs were shaking and hurting from one little movement,” says Henderson at the end of the video.
If that’s what one rep does to the model, what will it do to us regular people?!
