Now that John is out of the picture and her time on Dancing With The Stars is done, 35 year old Kate Gosselin has been looking better than she ever has. How is she doing it and what is her motivation? She’s started a new workout routine that she does regularly and she’s been making sure to eat healthier.
She reportedly lost 10 pounds in 10 days without using any unhealthy methods. Part of her new lifestyle has been a daily run. Lately she has even been seen running with her best friend and workout buddy, Jamie.
Kate’s been smoking Jamie on her runs. She’s always ahead of her by a large margin,” says one witness.
When running as well as doing any other type of exercise it is a good idea to have a buddy. Having a workout buddy can be a powerful motivator to get off your duff. Not only is a little friendly competition fun, but it also helps keep a person accountable for the progress he or she is making. It also makes working out more fun because it seems to go by faster. If having a workout buddy still makes the thought of exercising a miserable one, at least there is someone else there to commiserate over it with.
