Kate Hudson’s Diet and Exercise

The adorable Kate Hudson has a knock-out body and even though there is talk in the tabloids that she recently had some breast implants how can we not love this all-American sweetheart? In a recent interview her trainer Ashley Conrad gave the inside scoop on Kate’s diet and exercise habits. First off, Ashley said it’s important to drink plenty of water to flush out water retention. She explained,

“Have a cup of hot water with lemon when you get up, and then drink a total of three chopped-up lemons with water a day.”

Ashley also suggested eating five times a day being sure to eat a lot of protein such as chicken or fish and minimal dairy products. If you need a little something to stay full Ashley said to have a protein shake with banana, cinnamon, frozen spinach and almond butter. Yuck!

Kate keeps her trim figure by doing lateral slides which tones legs, thighs and the core. Ashley said,

“Just like you see basketball players do in training, this move is one of my best secrets.
