Kate Moss: Weight Gain

by Betsy on Celebs on February 18, 2009

Kate Moss, the normally bone-thin supermodel, has the media talking as of late because of her recent weight gain. Some were speculating pregnancy and others thought she had breast augmentation and the rumors were starting to soar in Hollywood. But over the weekend, Kate Moss decided to set the record straight in her interview with New York magazine. She told the magazine,

“I’ve just grown breasts, I’m a woman now, it’s true.”

Fortunate for Kate her recent weight gain has gone to all the right places and she now has a healthier glow. Still far from voluptuous, she does have a few more curves and still looks like a supermodel. Ironically enough, her first ever lingerie line with Topshop is about to be released and she now has the body to fill out the garments that make up her lingerie collection. She stated,

“I’ve got a clear idea of what I want for lingerie. I’ve just started wearing bras. It’s a miracle … Great timing for my lingerie collection.”

Congratulations, Kate.

I think prolactin is what causes a woman's breast to grow. It has something to do with the regulation of the anterior pituitary gland. And to get that to work, it has to be the right mixture of amino acids. I don't know much about this subject yet, but in about 6 months I may.
