Katy Perry is showing off her curved body every chance she gets, and 4th of July was just one of those perfect occasions. The beautiful singer wore a really tight American flag dress to prove just how proud she is to be an American. But that’s not all.
The 26-year-old singer has taken one more step into the celebrity craze when she decided to go topless for the UK Esquire Magazine issue of August. Yes, that’s right, she looks good and wants everybody to see that. But if Perry looks so sexy, then why the obsessive need for a diet?
It looks like the “used to be addicted to junk food” singer is now following an “out of sight, out of mind” diet in order to lose some weight. This means no fast food allowed backstage so she can avoid cravings easier. And, like all celebrities, Perry has got herself a new BFF – Harley Pasternak . The well known celebrity trainer is now responsible for helping Perry change her eating habits.
The singer’s diet follows the guidelines of Pasternak’s 5-Factor Diet.
Breakfast
Steel-cut oats with apples and a why protein shake.
Lunch
Chicken with vegetables or a salad with black beans.
Dinner
Brown rice with chicken teriyaki.
When it comes to exercising, her favorite activity to burn calories is jumping rope.
“I hate working out, but I love jumping rope; it’s like dancing. I can double jump, I can cross, I can do all of it. I look like Rocky!”
Perry claims to do this for about 30 minutes. That seems kind of unbelievable but, hey, if she can do it, she deserves a round of applause.
