Kelly Monaco’s Cobb Salad Diet

kelly-monacos-peepshow-dietKelly Monaco has starred on various soap operas such as General Hospital, she was on Dancing with the Stars and years ago she was even Playboy Playmate of the Month.  She now has a new title to add to her resume as burlesque dancer for the Peepshow act in Las Vegas.  Kelly recently gave People Magazine the inside scoop about her diet and exercise habits in order to fit into those skimpy little outfits on stage.

At the age of 32, Kelly has been a long time vegetarian which definitely helps a person stay thin.  She told People Magazine that she normally eats,

“mainly raw foods. Every night it’s a cobb salad with no meat, no cheese and no egg yolks.”

Fortunately, vegetarians can still get their daily chocolate fix,

“I have a bite-size Snickers every day. You still have to treat yourself!”

Kelly is a petite 5′1″ and weighs 100 pounds.  She said that she does 1,000 sit-ups a day but it’s her legs that she’s actually proud of.

“I look at my thighs, and they don’t rub together!” says Monaco.

Kelly Monaco currently stars alongside former Spice Girl, Mel B, in Peepshow.
