Kelly Osbourne 20 Pound Weight Loss

Dancing With The Stars has done Kelly Osbourne loads of good. She’s losing weight, feeling more confident and she’s even become more feminine and stylish along the way. She has now revealed this week that she’s lost a total of 20 pounds! It was just a few weeks ago that she told OK! Magazine she had lost 14 pounds and she’s dropped six more pounds. Her dance partner Louis Van Amstel has also noticed her dramatic weight loss. He said,

“Her muscles have gotten stronger, too, they become heavier. So, even if it might have been just 20 [pounds], it really feels like 30 or 35 to me ’cause she’s fading in front of my eyes.”

Louis also mentioned that when he looks at their prior dance tapes he doesn’t even recognize her.  Osbourne did say,

“I’m f******ing starving right now,”

But she’s losing weight, so let the girl starve! Apart from dancing, Louis and Kelly have been attending Pilates classes together to stay in shape.

Celeb Diet Doc..
Kelly looks great… call it the DWTS weight loss effect. But if reports are true, she needs to be careful about her food choices.

    How can you lose 20 pounds of fat, I know that when a person is on a weight los programme, they lose fat and muscle, as the unconscious mind does not think OH I am on a diet, lets burn fat, it simply starts to eat the body, muscle as well as fat, as it needs protein as well as fat for energy. Also fat is a slow burning fuel you need a slow burning exercise to lose it.
