Kelly Osbourne: Get back on the scale, spit out the spaghetti and dial up the greens!
Kelly Osbourne is still dancing those pounds away on Dancing With The Stars and she’s getting closer and closer to being one of the three finalists. The media has been impressed with her weight loss but Kelly is trying to be realistic and not get too obsessed with weight loss. This week, she told E! News that she is still eating normally and getting carbs from dishes like spaghetti bolognese and chicken quesadillas and she’s avoiding the scales all together. She explained,
“If I start weighing myself I will start being like, ‘Maybe I shouldn’t eat so I could lose some more,’ I would go to that end. I would get obsessed with that fact that I was losing it and I would keep at it.”
The dancing queen also mentioned that she has lost two more inches since just last week and that she’s beginning to see hard stomach muscles that she never had before. As for her time on DWTS, she’s absolutely loving it but doesn’t like the idea that it will all be over very soon.

Avoiding the scale = Weight Gain
Kelly looks great, but if she continues to avoid the scale she’ll be packing some lbs. And judging by her food choices, it will be soon.
