Kelly Osbourne Maintains Weight Loss after DWTS

Reality star and Dancing with the Stars alumni, Kelly Osbourne has maintained her new physique over the past few months after losing loads of weight while on the dancing reality show. In a recent interview she said she goes to the gym three times a week and often times with her boyfriend, Luke (pictured above). But the two don’t workout together; Kelly will exercise with her trainer. She said,

“I think I’m reaching that addictive stage of working out, where I know if I just put in an hour, I’ll feel the difference. I’m not at the point where I can be bothered putting in two hours though!”

Kelly said that when she goes to the gym she feels like she gets rid of all the junk or ‘rubbish’ that’s in her body. She likes to do Power Plates as well as cardio work and do body shaping with weights. Tabloids are reporting that she is a fitness fanatic and an exercise addict but if you look at her pictures it looks like she’s just doing a good job keeping the weight off. Besides, three times a week shouldn’t be defined as ‘fanatic’ but instead it should be considered healthy and normal.
