Kelly Osbourne: Weight Loss and Diet

New photos of a sexy, slimmer Kelly Osbourne are creating controversy on the net. Dramatic weight loss or dramatic photo shopping skills? In an interview with In Touch magazine, Kelly says she lost “over 15 pounds. I haven’t weighed myself in awhile, but I think I’m around 135 pounds [she’s 5′3″]. But to me, it’s not about the number. All these people worry, ‘Oh, I have to be under 100 pounds,’ but everyone has a different shape.”
Kelly reveals that she lost the weight by becoming “more conscious of what I eat and what I don’t.” Her diet and weight loss secrets include:
- Cutting back on soda
“Instead of having 10 sodas in a day, I’ll have one.” And instead of having potato chips, I’ll have rice cakes.
- Ditching convenience food
“Get rid of your microwave! It’s the easiest thing to chuck some three-minute meal in. If you don’t have one, you’ll pick up something fresh.”
- Positive frame of mind
“I find that when I get depressed, that’s when I gain it all back. But as soon as I start working and I’m productive and I feel good about myself, the weight just goes.”
These are good rules to live by and make sense. Just cutting back on soda will have a dramatic impact on weight loss. Kelly may be slightly exaggerating about her 10-a-day soda habit, but even if she only drank four colas (12 ounce) a day and cut back to one she would have lost over 50 pounds in a year! Remember that “drink calories” don’t satisfy or curb your hunger so they have a nasty habit of going directly to your waist line.
As to the controversy, Kelly looks great… photo shopped or not.

wow she does look great. she must have exercised in there somewhere. all that money has personal trainers and chefs written all over it.
Yeah i agree with Isreal, she must have done some working out or at least higherd a nutritionist!
But yeah she looks really, really great! and it gd coz all the things she did to shed the punds are easy for everyone else to follow.
