Reality star Kelly Osbourne has been in training for Dancing with the Stars for only three weeks and so far she has already lost 14 pounds. The 24-year-old has had quite the public battle with her weight over the years so she’s obviously feeling good about herself considering she has gone from a size 12/14 to a size 8/10. She told Closer Magazine,
“By the end of it I’ll be a lean, mean machine. It’s so amazing, I’ve tried so many stupid fad diets to try to lose weight, when all I needed to do was start dancing.”
Kelly also said that her life has changed because of her experience on the show now that she feels healthy and strong. Apart from her daily 5-hour-long rehearsals she does Pilates twice a week. She said,
“Pilates is amazing, my posture is so much better and I’m even starting to get muscles on my tummy – it’s incredible. I’ve become totally obsessed with Pilates, everyone should try it.”
With the DWTS season just beginning, we’ll have to wait and see how much more weight she loses. Let’s just hope she learns that exercise is the key and that she’ll continue dancing and doing Pilates once the show is finished.

Well, I guess something good came out of network TV. She looks great. Hope she did things the healthy way.
DIETS DO NOT WORK as they treat general weight loss without a life long plan or objective.
