Kelly Ripa’s Workout Available on DVD

Kelly Ripa swears by Physique 57 to keep her body toned. And now the full-body workout is no longer exclusive to New York dwellers – it’s available on DVD!
The 57-minute routine is a strength training workout combined with orthopedic stretches that tone your seat muscles, abs, thighs and arms, strengthens your legs and back, and improves posture. Using your own body weight for resistance, the drills push your muscles to the limit and then relieve the strain by a series of stretches.
In a broadcast of her show, Live with Regis and Kelly, the co-host took CNN anchor Anderson Cooper through a few of the moves of the Physique 57 workout.
“The key is to use your own body weight to strengthen and lengthen your body. And low and behold, you own body weight is a lot, so you can really build some muscle,” Ripa said on her show.
