Kendra Wilkinson Post-Baby Meal Plan

Former Playboy bunny Kendra Wilkinson has been hard at work losing her post-baby weight. Having gained almost 50 pounds during her pregnancy the normally petite Kendra has got herself on a strict diet plan to lose the weight. In an exclusive with Ok magazine she said that she’s always been athletic so getting into shape is actually fun for her because she is looking forward to seeing the results.

So what is she eating these days? Since she’s breast feeding she still has to have plenty of calories so she’ll start the day with cereal and a banana and then a few hours later will have another piece of fruit or some Nature Valley Granola Nut Clusters. For lunch she’ll have a salad and sometimes splurge by eating a fried chicken salad. As for dinner she said,

“I’m trying to cut out red meat, so for diner I have grilled chicken – I don’t eat seafood – and veggies. I don’t like steamed vegetables, I like them raw.”

In particular she likes to munch on baby tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. Below is Kendra’s post-baby meal plan that’s all about portion control and moderation. It’s not necessarily a diet plan for those who have been recently pregnant but anyone would get results by following these suggestions:

Kendra’s Post-Baby Meal Plan

Breakfast
A cup of Special K cereal with a quarter cup of rice milk and some grapefruit.

Lunch
A vegetarian pizza on a whole wheat English muffin with light tomato sauce and light cheese or an iron-rich spinach salad.

Dinner
A turkey burger topped with lettuce and tomato and some baked sweet potato fries or the vegetarian option is whole wheat spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce and fresh parmesan.

Snack
A serving of pistachios (40 kernels) or strawberries with fresh whipped cream.
