Kendra Wilkinson: Her Post Baby Weight Loss Plan

The former Playboy bunny Kendra Wilkinson just gave a birth a couple of weeks ago but she’s already putting her plan into action in order to get down to her original 110 pound frame. During her pregnancy she put on 55 pounds and considering she’s only 5-foot-4 that’s a considerable amount of weight to burn off. She vowed to Ok! Magazine that she’s going to get in the best shape of her life now and plans to incorporate martial arts, swimming and squats into her routine. She said,
“It’s time to get my butt back into shape. That’s my goal.”
Kendra, who was once proud of her ’sexy abs’ had a cesarean section but she doesn’t think the surgery will hinder her weight loss goal nor slow her down at the gym. She explained,
“But no, the doctor made a small incision and didn’t even cut into the muscle.”
