The pole dancing Playboy bunny, Kendra Wilkinson is wasting no time in getting her body back in shape after giving birth just three weeks ago. On the current cover of Ok! magazine she claims she has already lost 20 pounds in just three weeks even though she hasn’t been able to exercise because she’s still healing from her cesarean section. She said,
“The doctor said I can’t exercise until after six weeks, but getting up and down in the middle of the night — feeding him, changing him and soothing him when he’s crying — is my ab workout already!”
Inside the magazine she reveals some of her diet tips such as drinking fruit smoothies, some recipes, exercises and how easy it is to quickly lose weight. Hoping to get her Playboy body back as soon as possible she says,
