Former Playboy Playmate, Kendra Wilkinson gave birth just eight weeks ago and has lost 25 pounds. She followed a strict post baby weight loss plan and looks almost unbelievably good in this cover photo (Photoshopped?) Here are her 10 tips for weight loss:
1. Eat Breakfast
Kendra has an energizing breakfast of strawberry or peach yogurt, cereal and fruit or a smoothie.
2. Skip the Scale
If you want to know your progress consider how your clothes feel instead of looking at a number on the scale.
3. Don’t Cut Everything Out at Once
Kendra is phasing out her third trimester cravings and not going cold turkey all at once.
4. Keep a Goal In Mind
Kendra wants a better booty than Kim Kardashian.
5. Snack Smart
The new mom likes to snack on fresh veggies and gives them a zing by dipping them in hummus or fat-free dressing.
6. Indulge Once in a While
Kendra allows herself one coffee a day and red meat once a week.
7. Don’t Overload Your Plate
Be sensible about portions; for example, only one cup of rice or pasta.
8. Eat the Right Fats
Since Kendra is still breastfeeding she eats healthy fats such as almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, as well as seeds like sesame and pumpkin.
9. Adapt Your Schedule So You Have Time to Workout
Kendra works out in the evenings once her husband gets home and she strives for 30 minutes a day.
10. Ease into Exercise
Kendra is strengthening her core before she works on her belly because she had back problems while pregnant.
