Reality star and self-promoting socialite Kim Kardashian is on the cover of this week’s OK Magazine. Sporting a pink bikini she claims she’s lost 15 pounds and inside the magazine she gives her exact meal plans and some workouts that can be done at home. She went from 124 pounds to 109 and lost two dress sizes; she was a 6 and now she claims to be a 2. She tweeted,
“I am toned, fit and at a healthy weight. I just need to keep it up!”
Kim decided to drop the weight after a pre-retouched photo of her was leaked on the internet. At the time she said she was proud of her curves but the incident did inspire her to get in shape. So, she cut back on sugar and carbs, started taking QuickTrim to give her metabolism a boost and went to the gym for an hour a day. Even during the holidays she was working out. She declared,
“No excuse for getting lazy during the holidays.”
