Kim Kardashian: Diet supplement for Weight Loss?

Previously we’ve reported that Kim Kardashian has finally reached her goal weight. In a video interview with That’s Fit, the reality TV star said now that she’s accomplished what she set out to do, she doesn’t want to lose any more weight, but there’s always room for more toning.

After working out consistently for a year and a half, Kim says it’s so much easier getting back into the swing of things if she’s taken a break from her daily routine. The 29-year-old still takes her diet supplement QuickTrim, especially because she needs the extra energy from traveling all the time.

In the interview, Kim says that having former Olympian Bruce Jenner as a stepfather has definitely help the sisters get motivated to stay in shape and exercise. Growing up the sisters were also always surrounded by fitness equipment while Bruce and her mom were filming infomercials, so an early introduction to the fitness industry has also served as motivation to work out.

Celeb Diet Doc…
An obvious plug for quicktrim. Hey, I’m a fan of Kim Kardashian but stay away from diet supplements. They don’t work and worst yet the stimulants can make you jittery. Hey, sorry for being so blunt but I tell it like it is:)

Hunger suppressants can work in the short term, but the body has a tendency to get acclimated so they stop working after a couple of weeks. It’s what you put in your mouth that counts… no pill or suppressant will reverse that.
