
Kim Kardashian is going on week five of training with partner Mark Ballas for Dancing with the Stars. After a summer working out with her beau, New Orleans Saints running back and Heisman winner – Reggie Bush, she’s been hard at work on honing her dancing skills and it shows. I think she did a great job this past week on the show! So far she’s lost a couple of pounds but says she’s “heard that you really start to lose weight when the show starts.”

We’re learning a more about her favorite foods “I love Crunch Bar Dibs, I’m an ice cream and cookie girl.” Her snacks include granola, almonds and sliced fruits. She adds though that “it’s really boring, but I try to do that especially when I’m on the go.” Her typical lunch while training for DWTS is a chicken salad.
She also reveals she’s a size 2 and 115 pounds, but everyone thinks she is 130-140 lbs because TV adds about 15 lbs to her appearance.
Kim is going to have to be careful with her love of junk food. The granola is also tricky. Sounds healthy but granola packs an incredible amount of calories at 600 calories per cup! While the extra work outs on DWTS will help she’s going to have to reign in the junk food. This is especially true for a celeb such as Kim, because as she rightly pointed out your “TV weight” is especially unforgiving.

I just want to say WOW.
I think she is a beautiful woman. All of her sisters are good looking as well. I don't believe however that she is a size 2 and only 115 lbs. Maybe like a small 7/8. 125lbs. But we will see, I know the stars loose a ton of weight when they go on this show lol.

Dee-You're at a good weight. If you want to lose weight do a combination of cardio and weights at least four days a week. You also might want to work on your diet by avoiding eating processed food and going organic. Also have patient. Lose 1-2 pounds per week at maximum.

she's such a ff*cking liar. I'm wayyyy skinner than her, and I'm not a size 2. I mean– does she even realize what a size 2 looks like? Okay… yeah, the camera does add weight… it doesn't, however, add 20 or so pounds. She is curvy, and I think that she could be a role-model for curvy girls if she just 'fessed up. Think of it this way: when a little girl flips through a magazine, sees Kim Kardashian singing the old size 2 song she's going to think there's something wrong with her. She's only freaking famous because of her sex tape. Otherwise, we wouldn't know who any of the Kardashians were, except, of course, the late Robert Kardashian, and her poor step-daddy Bruce Jenner. Kim is SO self-obsessed and SUCH a narcissist & a liar. I hope that she, her transgender sister, and her fame-whore brother all- like- go off the air. permanently. OKAY. rant is over. hahha
