
Reality star Kim Kardashian has lost 10 pounds and has managed to maintain her killer curves. In a recent interview she explains how she changed her diet habits, upped the workouts and used QuickTrim to lose the weight. The biggest change was that she started to eat a real breakfast. Before hand she would have only a chai latte but she and sister Khloe Kardashian started eating proper breakfasts such as oatmeal or eggs with turkey bacon and fruit. In addition, the two sisters learned to lean on each other for diet support. Khloe said,
“Kim will always call me and be like, ‘Let’s go do boot camp!’ And that motivates me.”
Kim also works out with celebrity trainer, Gunnar Peterson, five times a week. The two will do routines that involve tightening the core muscles such as standing crunches and plank extensions. In addition, Kim is sure to allow herself diet cheats from time to time and if she wants a milk shake, she’ll have one.

Breakfast is one of the keys to weight loss. Problem is when people skip breakfast they develop cravings and hunger later in the day and find themselves binging on food leading to weight gain. And studies back this up. Dieters who skip breakfast are loss less weight and have a tendency to regain it when compared to dieters who start their day eating breakfast. So eat breakfast, Dr’s orders!
