
Kim Kardashian aims to fit in a size 2 wedding gown for her upcoming nuptial to Kris Humphries. With less than a month left before the wedding, it’s no wonder that she’s busy dieting and working out to lose all the weight.
“I’m on a mission,” Kim tweeted two weeks ago. “Feels good to be focused and dedicated.”
It seems like Kim is really pushing herself to reach her goal. To help in her workout, Kim enlisted the help of two celebrity trainers: Gunnar Peterson and Tracy Anderson. Gunnar is trainer to Jennifer Lopez and Angelina Jolie while Tracy is trainer to Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow, among others.
Kim’s wedding workout schedule consists of five-day-per-week sessions. Under Gunnar, her workout focuses on bicep curls and lunges in order to target trouble spots in her body. With Tracy, Kim’s workout focuses on building a tight, dancer’s body by following The Method workout regime. In addition, Kim has also been increasing her visits to Barry’s Bootcamp studio where she powers through an hour of high-intensity interval training.
As for her diet, Kim is on a 1,200 calorie-a-day diet which consists of mostly green juices, broth-based soups and protein bars. Her diet has been criticized by many by being too extreme and too low in calories. But Kim being Kim, she will stop at nothing to lose weight and to look good in her wedding.
