Socialite and reality star, Kim Kardashian is on the cover of the July/August issue of Muscle & Fitness Hers magazine. Over the past year she has gained more respect in the fitness industry as she has produced various workout DVDs and promotes fitness products.  She’s no longer the sexy reality star, instead she’s the sexy fitness guru. At the magazine’s website they did a sneak peak video of Kim’s workout routine to get readers ready and waiting for the upcoming issue. She said,
“I feel like my life has completely changed since then, I workout all the time, fitness is a way of life.  I mean I live in Gunnar Peterson’s gym and I’m a completely different person and that’s why I wanted to do my own fitness DVD is to motivate people the way I’ve been because I fell like I finally got that jump start to make fitness a way of life.”
In the video she did some work with the weighted kettle balls, the weighted tug-of-war ropes and various gym equipment.  She explained that for her body she focuses on lower body workouts:
“I definitely gear towards my lower body, my butt, when I workout because I feel that’s probably the area where I need it the most and the area people are looking at the most and I feel I could use some help in that area.”

Hello Kim

I go to gym three times a week, it does not seem to be working for me, I would like to loose my tummy and breasts fat but still keep my sexy big butt. Please advice in what type of excersices to do and what diet plan to follow. Your assistance would greately be appreciated.
