Kim Kardashian’s Pre-Wedding Diet and Workout

Most brides worry about their weight, workout like crazy, and watch what they eat in the months before their wedding.  Apparently Kim Kardashian is not like most brides.

She’s been spotted eating foods that people worried about gaining a few pounds do not eat.  With just under two weeks before her wedding to go, Kim was spotted eating pizza and drinking a large soda.

But, maybe the 30-year-old reality star is unconcerned about her weight because of the intense workouts she has been doing with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson.

Gunnar has the bride to be doing tons of squats and lunges to keep those legs looking toned and sexy.  In addition to that, she’s been frequenting Barry’s Bootcamp, a training center that has her doing boot camp style workouts.  It’s 60 minute sessions of high intensity cardio and strength training that causes the body to burn 1,000 calories.

“It’s torture,” she says of the boot camp, “but it’s amazing.  I see a difference right away when I go.”

Seriously, I think she looks fine! Not sure what everyone else is worrying about, she looks like sparklers for wedding cake! Also, its been over a year and she looks even better!

I don't think it really matters what you eat as long as you burn more calories then you take in!
So just get on a weight loss diet that will offer that to you….

It matters more what you eat than how much you exercise. Try getting a sixpack with out a good diet.

I'm a wedding photographer in Bismarck ND and I tell all my clients to watch what they eat before the wedding day.

Oh well. Most brides go into such a tizz before the wedding that they lose weight in any case and then the wedding dress sits too lose. Maybe she is trying to compensate for that

Kim looks good no matter how you slice it. She could gain weight and still look incredible. Sounds like she has quite the regiment of working out during her pregnancy so having a little pizza is no big thing…However, too much soda and sugar will definitely cause weight gain even with working out.

I think she's looking better than ever! I wasn't even trying to check up on how great she looks, just looking for where to buy sparklers and stumbled onto this article. I've had a crush on her for years now and she only gets hotter in my opinion.
