Kimberley Walsh’s Diet

Last year Girls Aloud singer Kimberley Walsh reportedly had issues with her body weight, saying she was always on a diet and confident or comfortable in her body. After climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with fellow singer Cheryl Cole, admitted that like a normal girl she has her good days and bad days. But now it seems Kimberley is finally happy with her size 12 figure.

She’s happy with her curves and thinks she’s lucky to look the way she does. Kimberley does, however, watch what she eats and follows an exercise program.

“If I’m keeping an eye on things I’ll have cereal for breakfast, a salad for lunch with chicken or tuna, and then at night something like fish and broccoli – no carbs,” she says. “I also have a friend who trains me, otherwise I wouldn’t do it.”

Kimberley says she used to go to a gym, but can’t anymore because people are always coming up to her wanting to chat.

“And I’d be like, ‘I can’t physically speak at the moment’.”

The poor girl! Could you imagine having to take a photo with fans just as you come off the treadmill, panting and sweaty?!
