The former Jenny Craig spokesperson and actress Kirstie Alley is on the weight loss path once again. After finishing her stint with the company she gained everything back and was up to her original ‘fat’ weight of 228 pounds.
This time around she’s doing it her own way as she has launched her own organic weight loss product line called, Organic Liaison and so far she has lost 20 pounds since starting the supplements in January. Her goal in creating the product was to help her with her two biggest hurdles; cravings and a big appetite. In addition, she wanted something that didn’t require purchasing pre-made meals and storing them in the house and she wanted something the whole family could use. She explained,
“Also one that would actually improve mine and my kids health along with shrinking my awesomely ample bottom.”
Organic Liaison is the first USDA-approved organic weight loss program that targets cravings and appetite. The all-natural supplements include vitamins and amino acids that reduce carbohydrate cravings, aide in sleep and alleviates muscle pains. Keep in mind that getting USDA approval is no easy task, for example, the popular Kardashian sisters’ product QuickTrim does not have the USDA stamp. However, be it QuickTrim or Organic Liaison remember that it’s a quick fix and it not teaching self-discipline when it comes to healthy eating habits.
Celeb Diet Doc Says…
It will be interesting to see if Kirstie keeps the weight off this time, since she’s got her own weight loss products to sell. Hopefully that’s enough motivation for her… otherwise my advice is to skip the supplements, the pills, the promises and eat more whole foods!
