Kourtney Kardashian’s Secret to Beating Food Cravings

by Shannon on May 30, 2011

Trying to maintain a healthy eating plan is difficult to do if it doesn’t become a lifestyle habit.  But how can you make it become a habit when there are so many other temptations out there?  What do you do when your sweet tooth is calling or when you’ve got a craving for something salty, something greasy, or something processed?

Kourtney Kardashian‘s secret to beating food cravings is to eat organic foods with lots of vegetables and fish.  She started eating better when she got pregnant because the foods she craved were things like salmon and oatmeal with almond milk. Her healthy eating didn’t end there, though.  After her pregnancy, she discovered that she liked having things like organic spinach in her diet.

That cookie looks so good, but I'm not going to give in Your constantly telling yourself about the cookie the entire time your telling yourself not to think about the cookie. The first step you will need to take when you are having a craving is to redirect your mind, then refocus it. Thanks.
