Funny girl Kristen Bell graces the cover of the latest Women’s Health magazine in sexy heels and hot thigh-hugging dress. But how does the 29-year-old maintain her figure? The Veronica Mars actress shared her secrets with the magazine as she graces the cover of its November issue.

“I made a New Year’s resolution five years ago to always take the stairs,” Kristen tells the magazine. “Even at the airport, I won’t take the escalators. I find that those little bits of exercise make a difference.”

The blonde bombshell also does yoga to “stay aware” of her body and builds muscle during training twice a week.

Kristen shared a meal with the Women’s Health team and ordered fried egg whites on rye with lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheese, and a little mayonnaise. The actress says it’s a very healthy meal, but the mayo “gives it that dinner feel”.

You might also be pleased to know that Kristen counts her calories. Why? Because the numbers somehow make her aware of what she’s putting into her body.
