The 23-year-old Hills reality star Kristin Cavallari updated US magazine this week on her current diet and exercise habits. She’s been doing a circuit training class at her gym called, Burn 60. Even though she dreads going, she’s always glad afterwards because she’s dripping with sweat and feels great. She said,
“And I feel good…This is the first time in my life where I’ve really been working out consistently.”
Now that Kristin can see that her hard work has paid off, she’s more motivated than ever to keep it off. She also mentioned that another motivation is to have an exercise buddy and she and her best friend Misty exercise together. Last but not least, Kristin revealed that she may eat well most of the time but she does give herself a day to eat whatever she wants. She explained,
