Kristin Chenoweth talks about Working Out and her Diet

Forty-two year old Kristin Chenoweth still looks amazing and she manages to keep her body in amazing shape as well.  How does she do it?

Kristen has to be especially mindful of her body type, maybe more so than others.  She’s petite and the wrong outfit can make her look squatty or frumpy.  Kristen’s bust size is a 32C, but her butt is comparitively small.  So, not only does she have to watch what she is doing when she dresses, but she has to watch how she maintains her body as well.

“The older I get, the more thoughtful I am about exercise and food,” shares Kristin.

When she’s performing on Broadway, she doesn’t have to worry much about working out because she burns so many calories dancing and singing  She also gets a built in cardio workout while practicing and performing shows.  Off Broadway, Kristin has begun to rely on cardio workouts at the gym and light weight lifting.

Kristin feels like she can eat a little more when she is working out.  She has stopped eating anything after 6pm, though.  If she eats dessert, she shares it with others to avoid consuming too many calories.
