
Lady Gaga is fit and trim and takes care of her body. For the past year she has been working out with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak and it definitely shows. In a recent interview Pasternak gave some insight into their standard workouts. He said,
“We do a cardio warm-up and various body strength exercises and ab work,” he says. “Like most stars, she doesn’t have a ton of time, so when she is with me she stays focused and never complains, no matter how hard I push her.”
If Lady Gaga is on the road and on tour she will travel with a Harley Bar, a barbell/dumbbell combination tool that’s easy to tote around and use in a hotel space. Lastly, Pasternak mentioned that she follows the 5-Factor World Diet which is a combination of the best and healthiest dishes from around the world. He concluded,
