Laura Bell Bundy: Exercise Tips

Move over Carrie Underwood, country music has got a new blonde bombshell in the works. Tony-nominated actress, Laura Bell Bundy, is a little pint-sized energy-driven singer that will soon release her debut album, Achin’ and Shakin’. You may recognize her from the Broadway stage as she played the role of Elle Woods in Legally Blonde (Reese Witherspoon starred in the movie version). She’s shedding that good-girl persona and strapping on her cowboy boots and leather lace-up pants to promote her new tunes.

Last week she caught up with Self Magazine to reveal how she keeps her too-cute figure. Laura likes to run and if she can’t do that she still makes a point to sweat once a day, even if it’s just for 15 minutes. She loves those fast beats and foot-stomping tunes while running so her new album is even exercise-friendly. She said,

“I checked my album to make sure you can run to every song!”

The up and coming singer said she’ll do interval training where she’ll run for two songs and then walk for one song. This is a great method to get an efficient workout and still burn fat at a high rate.
