X Factor star Laura White will soon be giving other British beauties like Cheryl Cole and Victoria Beckham a run for their bootilicious bodies. Ahead of the release of her debut single, the 22-year-old has debuted a brand new body. She told Look Magazine that while she was living in the X Factor House she put on a lot of weight because she wasn’t exercising and she was eating anything she wanted to. She lost 30 pounds by doing 50 minutes a day on the cross-trainer and she goes to three Power Plate sessions a week. (X Factor judge Dannii Minogue also uses Power Plate) She now looks great and although she’s on the curvy side she has no plans to lose any more. She said,
“I’m probably still massive compared to some singers out there, but I don’t want to lose any more. I’m not a naturally thin girl.”
Laura also explained that she’s following a sensible diet but doesn’t deprive herself of the good stuff like chocolate because if she does it would make her depressed. Instead, she prefers to do extra-hard workouts to make up for her indulgences. Although voted off of the X Factor she has been surrounded by song writers and producers over the past year and her career is ready to soar.
