Lauren Conrad: Diet and Workout

Lauren Conrad, of MTV reality series Hills fame, shares her tips on getting her bikini bod in US Weekly. Enlisting the services of trainer Jarett Del Bene, she tells all on how she toned up and lost 6 lbs.

Lauren Conrad’s Diet
Lauren’s diet plan includes 6 meals daily, limited to 1,500 calories. Her diet plan is filled with fish and veggies but she does indulge in carbs on her cheat day.

Lauren Conrad’s Workout
Lauren does 1 hour sessions of weight training and treadmill work twice a week. She incorporates 45 minute hiking sessions in LA’s Runyon Canyon when she’s not working out.

About her slim down Lauren says “The first place I lost weight was my little belly. Now I’m happy about my arms because they were a little mushy!” She adds “When I work out regularly and eat healthy, I feel better.”

Eating small meals throughout the day helps keep her metabolism up. Her exercise regimen is not only sensible but realistic. Many celebs endure “Navy Seal” type regimens when preparing for movies to get their bodies in top form. Lauren manages to do the same with only 2 weekly strength training sessions. It works for her because she is physically active hiking on her off days. Lauren shows you can tone up by exercising smartly without spending all your time in the gym.

Lauren rocks! She is pretty, chic, and extremely toned! Hopefully I can get in shape like her!

I think Lauren looks great!! i like to look good and eat healthy, Lauren has inspired me to keep going with this and her diets healthy too (something that doesn't happen too much with other celebrity). i love her show the hills aswell

Wow! I love Laruen's diet plan. Its so simple and healthy. Instead of eatting less food and working out a lot, she chooses to eat more and workout normally. A very good idea. I would love to lose my flabby arms and tone my belly and get rid of my love handles. I used to be so healthy, but I got caught up in eatting more then I should because others thought I was too skinny. I was 112lbs. Now, well….I weigh a lot more. I'm going to try Lauren's diet and get back to my healthy weight.

Def, how embarresing i weighed myself this afternoon and omg i didn;t think i weighed that much :(

omgg…. i weighed 145 thee other day nd used 2 weigh 115…. so i decided i should use lauren conrads diet…… so far ive lost 5 pounds nd im doin very good….. when mi minds on food i grab gum nd chew it….. it works so good! nd i love her show so thas where i got mi idea from! thanxsz lauren!

It's fairly healthy fat loss ideas allthough I find it difficult to come to an agreement with everthing within this posting.

Okay see somebody has fooled most of you. according to each and everyone of your body's some thing work others don't. See Lauren has found something that keeps her bod toned and fit. It doesn't mean that its going to work for every single one of you. Different outcomes will lead to each and everyone of our body's.
