Lauren Conrad Does Body Box Workout

The Hills reality star, Lauren Conrad has shown us over the past year how working out really does pay off. She always looks healthy and confident and she maintains a good body weight. Here recently, her trainer Jarret Del Bene told In Touch Weekly Magazine that Lauren is not only doing her traditional kickboxing routine, but now she also does Body Box.
Body Box is a full-body, high intensity workout that is based on a boxing circuit and considered to be a ‘boredom buster’ when it comes to the monotony of working out. It mixes punching, kickboxing moves, squats and other conditioning exercises. Lauren does the workout two to four times a week. Her trainer also said that she is currently following a healthy diet with a caloric intake of 1,200 to 1,500 calories a day that is portioned into five or six small daily meals. That doesn’t seem like enough calories to maintain weight, that’s more of a calorie intake for those wanting to lose weight!
