Lindsay Lohan’s Weight Loss

Last week, Lindsay Lohan debuted a shockingly skinny figure on the Ellen DeGeneres Show but no matter how often the critics point their fingers and the paparazzi gets their photos Lindsay claims to be just fine with her weight. She told E! News,
“I’ve been eating enough.”
However, a source told Us Weekly that the 5′5″ actress was practically skin-and-bones when spotted in Hawaii last week, adding that
“I’ve never seen hipbones that stick out so much.”
Then, in this latest issue of Us Weekly, they confirm that Lindsay takes Adderall to lose weight. This is a prescription drug usually given to people with ADHA (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). One source told the magazine,
“She takes Adderall all the time. She gets jittery because of the way the pills affect her. It’s a major reason why she’s losing weight.”
Lindsay did split from her long-time girlfriend Samantha Ronson about a month ago and rumors have it that it’s because of the break up that she is losing weight though in her interview with Ellen Degeneres she claims to be healing and moving on.

I found that losing weight is not that hard as anyone would think. It sure takes commitment and following a simple plan but the key element is persistance.
You need to monitor the calories, lose the junk food, sodas, sweets and do some physical exercises. I myself love dancing. And remember to use a fat burner to accelerate the fat metabolism.
