Gregory, who works with his team of holistic nutritionists Holistic Fitness, has worked with Rachel Weisz, Avril Lavigne and Demi Moore, sculpting their bodies and minds as a whole. Speaking to AOL Health, Gregory and his team outlined their exclusive program that’ll guarantee you’ll drop 5 pounds.
1. Cardio
You need to follow an intense full-body cardio program for at least 30 minutes five days a week. Exercises like kickboxing, rowing or power yoga work best because they tone both upper and lower parts of your body.
2. Weight training
Alternating days, you need high-intensity weight training with free weights or machines 3 days a week as well as a minimum of 15 minutes abdominal training.
3. Nutrition
You need to follow a low-fat diet consuming less than 1 500 calories daily, as well as taking multivitamins, drinking 10 glasses of water a day and green tea. The diet needs to include high-fiber foods and proteins so you can keep your metabolism ticking while maintaining your strength.
Other tips the Holistic Fitness team have are never skip a balanced breakfast, buy wholesome foods, keep changing up your daily menu, make sure your portions are realistic and eat organic when you can.
