
Thirty-two year old Matthew Morrison of the hit show Glee is all too keenly aware of his own sex appeal.
I’m not comfortable with the idea of my sex appeal, but I know in my job I have to use it. I wish I could say I got to this point in my career based on my talent, but I don’t think that’s true,” he admits.
Being aware of that fact, he has to work hard to keep up his sexy physique, but his workout routine is not one that is so hard that anyone else can’t accomplish.
I think anyone can look like this if you have a month,” Morrison says.

Do Cardio Often
Matthew both cycles 100 miles and runs 25 miles per week. He also uses a video he found on YouTube called “:08 min. Abs” whenever he has
some downtime at work.
Work One Muscle Per Day
Matthew never focuses on more than one muscle group at a time when he’s at the gym. Each gym session involving weight training only lasts 20 minutes and focuses on a different part of his body. Four times a week he also focuses on resistance training.
Paddleboard to Work the Core
Matthew makes the journey to either Santa Monica or Malibu whenever he gets the chance to ride the waves.
I spent a lot of time in Hawaii, and you see people out there doing it all the time,” he says. “I got my own board. It’s a great core workout.”
Keep a Strict Diet
Matthew limits even things that most people would not consider unhealthy. He doesn’t eat more than a handful of nuts per day or fruit after dark because fruits contain too much sugar and whenever he needs to lose weight fast he goes on a sweet potato only diet. The sweet potato diet supposedly provides a high fiber, high protein, highly nutritional meal that naturally purges the body of excess water weight.
