Former Spice Girl, Mel B is currently working on the Las Vegas Stage Review, Peepshow.  Needless to say, there are some barely-there outfits required for the stage from the looks of the photo above, but lucky for us she revealed to People Magazine how she’s staying in shape for the show. First off, she said that she relies on the food delivery service Freshology to get her daily dose of protein such as fish and chicken.  The 33-year-old told People Magazine,

“I have to eat, and I’m addicted to quinoa.” But once a week, “I splurge on whatever I’m craving—either an In-and-Out cheeseburger or a traditional English Sunday roast.”

She has obviously been working out for years, but she did confess that those rock-hard abs of hers don’t come easily.

“I do half an hour of cardio and 200 sit-ups three times a day,” says the 5’5″ former Spice Girl, who now wears size 28 jeans. “I’ve always been obsessed with doing abs. I change positions every 10 reps. I like how quickly—if you stick to it—you can see results.”

Unfortunately, just this week Mel B announced she is ending her work on Peepshow.

I highly recommend quinoa. High in protein and low glycemic this was the mother grain of the Incas. Substitute quinoa in your favorite rice dishes; you’ll love it. Just add 2 parts water to one part quinoa and cook till you can separate and fluff with a fork (about 20 minutes).

It is more or less good weight loss information allthough I cant agree with everthing found in this information.
