Miranda Kerr: Diet & Workout

This year marks the 15th anniversary of the Victoria’s Secret swimwear catalogue, with models like Alessandria Ambrosio, Candice Swanepoel and Miranda Kerr a few of the names to make it into the issue. While out celebrating the anniversary at the SLS Hotel in Hollywood, Miranda dished her diet and exercise secrets.

“The first step is eating healthy. I predominantly eat organic when I can. I eat extremely healthy because when I do, I have more energy,” she says.

Some of Miranda’s favorite foods include spinach, avocado and broccoli, but the Australian hottie isn’t always that disciplined. She doesn’t believe in depriving herself and so lives an 80% healthy and 20% indulgent lifestyle – with French fries on her list of guilty pleasures.

In terms of exercise, the 26-year-old beauty prefers to do yoga, Pilates and low-resistance weight training.

“I also like to go on the stepping machine if I’m in a hotel and I can’t get outside.”

As for her fellow Victoria’s Secret colleague, Alessandrio Ambrosio shared her weakness for steaks and sweets. Although she eats lots of greens, she also indulges in meat, protein and bits of chocolate “here and there”.
