Miranda Kerr Gives Food And Diet Tips

International supermodel Mirana Kerr isn’t just all beauty, she also studied nutrition before her modeling career launched and apparently knows a lot about eating right.  Recently, she spoke with Modelina and gave some tips on healthy eating.  First she tells us about the liquids she regularly drinks such as water and raw juices.  She said,
“It’s really important to drink a lot of water. I drink from 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day,”  she continues, “I think it’s important to drink raw juices. Raw juicing is really great to get all your vitamins and minerals.”
Do keep in mind that when you juice fruits and veggies that you lose a lot of the fiber so still be sure eat plenty of whole fruits and veggies.  Miranda also mentioned that she follows a blood-type diet.
“Eat for your blood type. I eat for my blood type. I’m an A.”
Actually the verdict is out on the blood-type diet because there isn’t a whole lot of scientific evidence out there quite yet and many critical foods are eliminated from the different blood-type diets.  Lastly, Miranda said she tries to eat only organic produce.
“Try to eat as much raw fresh organic produce as possible. I live not far from Union Square, so I’m always there at the market. They have a lot of organic products and I also like to go to Whole Foods. I go to this lady who sells really great goat’s milk yogurt.”
Miranda’s got it right, organic produce is great for the body, it’s packed full of vitamins, minerals, fiber, folate and all types of good stuff.
