I currently weigh 309pounds,never believed one could shed so much weight,tanx 4 proving me wrong. U looked great in phat girlz,but u look alot better.Ur hubby is a blessing 2 u.Plz……hold tight 2 ur new u,hope i will have a new me omeday,sooner than letter.Great work,keep it up. Tanx 4 making us(phat girlz) realize we deserve the right 2 look better and live a long and healthy life. GO MO’NIQUE!!!

I am actually a friend of Monique’s & I was in LA earlier this year & stop by and visited with her & she didnt have much time with her busy schedule so after a short visit she invited me to workout with her & her fabulous trainer- please everybody Mo was on top of her workout and looking great. Its nto about being skinny for her she eating better and working out for her family!
Lets stop hating and join her- I wish I would have listened she started talking to me overa year ago about eating right and working out & if I would have done what she said I would be looking as good as her right now so lets stop hating and get off the couch & join her!!!!
You look FABULOUS MO and I am very happy for you and proud of you – you go girl!!!!!

Bein a big girl myself, I think she lookz good. She still got her shape so she still reppin big girlz but she wantz 2 be healthy and I def respect that…Im losin weight myself but definitely do not wanna be a skinny girl..thick iz good. Jus remember that…GO MO!! LOVE YA BIG GIRL!

Monique I just want to say how proud I am of you. I know it was hard for you to lose the weight but God sent you a wonderful husband to save your life . Hold on to him and don’t let him go enjoy your children and continue to bless the Lord because it was He who gave you life. So live it abundantly. Love you and continue on living no matter how much negative comments you receieve just know that God will never leave nor forsake you.
