Mya’s DWTS Workout

Kelly Osbourne is not the only one who lost weight during the current season of Dancing With The Stars. The R&B singer Mya has also lost 11 pounds and a dress size while on the show. She originally lost 17 pounds but then gained back a few pounds of muscle as she continued training. So now the petite star weight only 127 pounds. This week, she told the readers of OK! Magazine how she lost the weight. Her dance rehearsals were anywhere from six to 12 hours a day for several days a week. She said,
“Aside from dancing, I do boxing workouts, I jump rope, do crunches and interval training.”
The 30-year-old said that she burned a lot of fat and gained muscle while on the show and she feels like she’s in the best shape of her life. Mya also mentioned that while on the set there was a lot of the flu going around and she did have some flu-like symptoms but she’s ok now.
