Natalie Cassidy’s Diet and Fitness Plan

Natalie Cassidy, British actress and a mother of one, gave birth last September 2010 to daughter, Eliza Beatrice. Natalie’s weight has been a constant talking point since she is known for her weight struggles. She has fluctuated between a size 16 and a size 8 over the past four years. After giving birth, she decided to get serious about weight loss.

On a charity walk for Barnardo’s in London, Natalie showed off her slim new figure. She is so happy with her recent weight loss that she told friends that finally she feels sexy.  So what’s Natalie’s secret in losing weight? She was under a strict exercise and diet regime. Aside from hiring a trainer to help her in her workout, she also speed walks five miles a day and swims three times a week. She also uses weights to tone her arms. Her diet consist of  eating portions the size of her fist and no carbohydrates after 5pm.

Natalie released her fitness DVD, Then and Now Workout after dramatically dropping from a size 16 to a size 8 in 2007. It became the fastest-selling weight-loss DVD ever in the UK.  Despite all the weight she lost, she managed to regained it soon after.

Her friends and most especially her fiancé, transport manager Adam Cottrell, are worried about her recent weight loss. But Natalie is not.

“I was worried about becoming obsessed. But this time I’ve done it exactly how I wanted to.”
