NeNe Leakes: Exercise & Diet

NeNe Leakes from the Real Housewives of Atlanta is doing more than just mouthing off at other celebrities’ style and parenting skills these days. She’s working out with a personal trainer and recently told OK! magazine how she dropped 10 pounds in 2 weeks.

The 42-year-old New Yorker hired Tammy Stokes, the West Coast Workout trainer who created the Live Your Healthiest Lifestyle program that focuses on healthy meals and intense workouts.

“My trainer has taught me to eat breakfast,” NeNe told the weekly British magazine. “She said, ‘NeNe, you have to bite something in the morning to get your metabolism going.’ So I’ve learned to do that, and it works.”

For lunch, the reality TV celebrity eats salads with chicken and when she goes out for dinner only orders appetizers because she feels the portions of the main meals these days are way too big. NenNe is however having difficulty cutting out carbohydrates from her meals. Although she does cut back on them, she refuses to give up her potato chips. When it comes to the show and those calorie-laced cocktails the housewives wolf down, NeNe’s decided to practice moderation. She will still have one once a while, but definitely not every day.

The mother-of-one takes walks through her neighborhood carrying weights when Tammy comes over to her house, but when she hits the gym she either takes one of the group classes or focuses on one-on-one training.

“I feel good. To be honest, I like my size. I’m a 10, and I don’t think that’s fat,” she told OK!. “I’m almost 6 feet. If I were a size 4, I would look anorexic, and I don’t want to look like that. It’s more about getting healthy.”

    This is a nice blog which we can know the details about how the celebrities did there exercise and the dieting. For them they will not spend much time and even than they can reduce there weight quickly. Here the reason for these is that they are train properly with a good trainer and the diet they are having is of specific type which will help them out with good result.

    That picture has been photoshoped like a pro. In season 3 she’ll look just as big, manish, and Amazon as usual. Size 10? Only in this picture because some techy used software to make her a 10.
