Nicole Kidman, a strapping 5 feet 101/2 inches tall beauty set the rumor mills rolling about her second pregnancy when a reporter caught the picture of a small bump around her midriff.  Or is it just that she has gained some weight?

Nicole never had issues with her weight all along. She is an avid runner, swimmer and a yoga enthusiast. Nicole Kidman loves eating healthy diets as some of her favorite foods indicate. Here’s a look at some of her favorite recipes. They sound absolutely yummy.

Grilled shrimp with mangoes and chili is the favorite signature Australian dish of this Oscar winning Aussie stunner, who explains it as,

“A fresh seafood platter with Sydney rock oysters, tiger prawns, mud-crab and lobster.”

Her other favorite foods, all of which are either roasted or grilled, which are healthy cooking methods include:

* Sausages with grilled onion chowchow

Onion chowchow has grilled onions and jalapenos cooked in a sauce of vinegar, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, caraway seeds and turmeric served with grilled sausages.

* Oven roasted lamb chops with mint chimichurri

Roasted lamb served with a mint sauce made from mint leaves, jalapeno, shallots, vinegar , sugar and salt and served with blanched snow peas mixed in cilantro and Thai chili and roasted almonds.

* Spaghetti with clams and green beans

Spaghetti mixed with a green beans sauce, prepared using green beans, tomatoes, garlic, red pepper , clams and basil.

* Roasted root-vegetable salad with Persimmons

Great source of carbs and virtually fat-free this recipe has parsnips, carrots, turnips, yellow turnips (rutabagas) all roasted with a liberal sprinkling of olive oil, dressed with Fuyu persimmons, curly endives and topped with pomegranate seeds.

* Mixed grill with rib eyes steaks, sausage and bacon chops

Meats brushed with olive oil and grilled served with a green Salsa Verde and red Salsa Picante.

* Barramundi with tomato-basil salsa

Barramundi, a fish with large scales found predominantly around Australian waters.   Barramundi is rich in Omega-3. Pan grilled barramundi with tomatoes, onion and basil sautéed in olive oil served with a salsa and made tangier with a dash of rice vinegar.
