Niecy Nash’s New Diet and Now doing Pilates for DWTS!

Niecy Nash is a current contestant on the series Dancing with the Stars. In previous interviews she has said she likes her body and doesn’t want to lose weight. She said,

“As a size 10, I’m the biggest girl in this competition. But I don’t compare. I stay in my own lane.”

She may not be comparing, but her dance partner Louis Van Amstel is. He made her start doing pilates two to three times a week to strengthen her core and whittle down her waistline. In addition she is replacing fried foods with healthy salads, fish and chicken. She explained,

“It’s a lot of core work.”

Even if she doesn’t want to, Niecy is dropping the pounds. At the end of the interview she said she recently went to get fitted for her gown and it had to be pulled in at the waist.
